What do you think if you were to compare 65 kg/m3 with 75 kg/m3 instead of 80kg/m3 ? 75 would still be more firm then 65? (of course the exact same mattresses as above, 65 kg/m3 for 20% natural and 75 kg/m3 for 85% natural).

I don’t know how they would compare as they get closer in density and you would get a better and more accurate answer by asking the manufacturer of the mattress to ask them about the relative firmness of their layers or their firmness rating for each (soft, medium, firm, etc).

Also, I would like to know what you think about using a 3-4 cm dunlop block on top of the 15 cm block, together inside the same cover, without gluing them together, from durability point of view. It is really uncomfortable sending the mattress 500 km for gluing, that is the reason I am asking.

You can see my thoughts about glued vs unglued layers in post #2 here. If you have a zip cover then unglued would be fine because if the top layer shifts you can easily open the cover and wave it back into position.
