Could I’m looking for suggestion for a GREAT foam or memory foam mattress that doesn’t sleep hot… (with gel?)

Only you can decide what a great memory foam mattress is for you because each person has different needs and preferences. The only common denominator is I would make sure that it used good quality materials and that you know the details of every layer of the mattress. I’m a little confused as well because in your earlier post today in the other thread here you were asking about a non memory foam mattress.
I think a trip to Dixie beds may be in order in either case so you can at least test all the different foam materials to see which thpe you prefer.

Well it depends on choices of different peoples that how they feel comfortable with mattress.
