Adjustable Bed Question (Reverie 8Q vs Leggett and Platt P 132)

Hi Zenith,

We need some help deciding between the two (I am getting both for almost the same price). Questions like - what are the customer reviews like? Is there a good satisfaction even after 1 yr of use (do any parts occasionally stop?).

Should we consider any other company (Serta, Ergomotion etc)?
We are in NY so have options to visit a few stores and check it out in person. They all seem to be function but there is no way to tell what the build quality is, and will it still be functional after an year of frequent use. If something goes wrong what’s the repair time like…

Hopefully some of the forum members that own one of the adjustable beds you are considering will see your post and share their comments.

There is more information about choosing an adjustable bed in post #3 here and the main adjustable bed topic that it links to that can help you choose an adjustable bed based on price vs features comparisons and also includes some retailers that you can use as good sources of information about the features of the adjustable beds they carry and as pricing references as well (in post #6 in the main adjustable bed topic). Of course there are many other sources as well and prices and models can change on a regular basis so I would also include some internet searching in your research. I would keep in mind that online advertised prices are often price controlled so make sure you call them to find out their best prices rather than just looking at the prices on websites.

I would consider all the major adjustable bed manufacturers to be closely comparable in terms of reliability so I would use price and feature comparisons to choose between them.

Lastly, one of the deciding factors is that it fits into - https://www.wayfair.com/Arno-Upholstered-Wingbac...TD1369-CSTD1369.html . I couldn’t find dimensions for either adjustable beds online anywhere to compare but the dimensions for the bed are available (King Size - 56" H x 83.5" W x 85" D).

A split king size adjustable bed would be 76" x 80" (two separate twin XL bases that are each 38" x 80") so if this is smaller than the interior dimensions of your bedframe then you should be fine.
