Anyone Know Anything About Solstice Mattresses?

Does anyone know anything about Solstice mattresses? Their website doesn’t have much info on it.

Hi cownox,

Besides the brief comments I mentioned in your other thread asking about them here … you can see here that they make some of their own mattresses and import some of them as well (from Sinomax in China according to the import record here).

Of course as I mentioned in the other thread … any mattress regardless of who manufactures it is only as good as it’s construction and the quality of the materials that are inside it. Knowing this information is the only way to make meaningful assessments of the quality or value of a mattress or make meaningful comparisons with other mattresses.

Besides this there is little information about them other than various retailers that list their mattresses but none of these include any of the quality specs of their materials that I saw and I haven’t talked with anyone at Solstice in person.

You found more about them than I was able to come up with! I just tried to call them and it was an automated system, I also sent and email requesting info on the mattress. I will let you know what I find out.

That would be great … especially about the specifics of the materials and designs of any of their mattresses … and of course whether they are willing and able to disclose them in the first place.

Hi Phoenix,
I tried to email/voicemail Solstice (Tampa location) and never received a call back or email. The original dealer that I had all the problems with is also having trouble getting his orders from them. He now sounds like he will give me a partial refund and take back the Stearns and Foster that is a piece of junk. I am looking at the Beautyrest Anneliese right now and am hoping that I can make a decision this weekend. I just need the dealer to tell me how much he is willing to refund me so I know how much I will have to add to get a new mattress. When I spoke with him last he said that sales were way off and he didn’t know if he was going to be able to stay in business so I really am worried that I may not see my refund.
