Brooklyn Bedding says their foam core is made from Certi-Pur US certified foam meaning low VOCs and other yuck; nonetheless, it’s still there. For about the same price I could purchase a two-sided Pure Echo from mygreenmattress. The thing is I’ve done all this reading about latex, I’m running out of time, and I don’t know about the coils with the latex.
Thoughts, suggestions, or experience would all be appreciated.

You are looking at two very good options and neither one would have any “weak links” in terms of the quality of the materials but they are more of an apples to oranges comparison because they are very different mattresses so a choice between them would be more about personal preferences between two different designs and different combinations of materials than about “better/worse” choices.
