I am new to this forum but was hoping someone could help me choose a good mattress for my 3 yr old son. He will be in a queen size bed so I will need a queen size mattress, but he only currently weighs about 35 lbs; so he doesn’t need a whole bunch of support. I would like this mattress to last ( 6-8 years). I am on a budget and would like to keep it around $400.
Any thoughts or suggestions?
Also, any local retailers in the middle Tennessee area that would be recommended?

The better local options or possibilities I’m aware of in and around the Nashville area (assuming that’s where you are in central Tennessee) are listed in post #7 here but I would always make sure that any manufacturer or retailer you are dealing with can provide you with the details of all the materials inside any mattress you are considering before you buy it.
