Is there a significant different in the way the 2 types would “sleep”. Would a 3" 19 ild talatech and a 3" 19ild 100% natural feel that same? I seem to understand the talalay and dunlop feel different. I know that there is a difference in durability between blended and natural. Any other differences? Also, do these differences also apply to european made latex?

There is more about the different types of latex and how they feel and perform in this article and also in post #2 here and post #6 here (which talks more about “organic” latex and the benefits and “value” of different types and blends).
In an apples to apples comparison … most people wouldn’t feel much difference if at all with only a 3" layer of blended Talalay vs the same ID and thickness layer of 100% natural Talalay although they may feel more differences between two mattresses where the whole mattress was made of one or the other type of Talalay.
There are some slight differences in the manufacturing of the European Talalay (Radium) and the American Talalay (Latex International) but in practical terms they would both make good choices and I would be perfectly comfortable with either one and would use the one that the mattress manufacturer felt was the better choice unless you had a particularly compelling reason to make a different choice.
Bear in mind too that both types of Talalay (100% natural and blended) may not have the exact same ILD’s available and that the two main Talalay manufacturers may also be slightly different in the exact ILD’s that they offer.
The differences belong to the process and the material itself rather than the manufacturer because they would be inherent to the properties of synthetic latex (SBR) and natural latex (NR) itself rather than unique to each manufacturer or the country of origin.

So my next question is this.
says it’s natural talalay but uses the ILD measurement and not the N measurement. Does that mean its really a blend? How would it compare to the rejuvenate
Finally on the latex mattress factory site there is a talalay gl topper
But the ILD says 24 ILD and I thought talalay gl is15, 21 or 27. Do sites use these numbers so that consumers can compare more easily? How would this compare to the other talalay toppers. I’m considering this bc I understand the these sleep a little cooler.

No. Natural Talalay also has an ILD attached to it and each manufacturer (there are two companies who produce it) also provide an ILD rating. Ken at mattresses.net is also a member of this site and is an expert in latex and he will also give you good and accurate information about how any of his products compare to any of the others. The Talatech he sells is blended Talalay made by Latex International and comes in either 19 or 28 ILD (averaged across the layer surface) and would be very similar to a comparable ILD in 100% natural Talalay (although they don’t come in exactly the same ILD’s)
The Talalay GL is a slow recovery latex which is somewhat similar to the slow recovery feel of memory foam. As you mentioned, Latex International currently lists these here as having an ILD of either 15, 21, or 27 (and their site information changes from time to time) but they would feel different from a comparable ILD with fast recovery latex. Again Ken (or Greg) will be able to tell you more about the versions that they carry and their own impressions of how they compare to fast response latex in terms of feel and the ILD that they carry. There is often a discrepancy between what Latex International lists on their site and the actual ILD (or to information they provide to their retailers) because ILD is “averaged” and is never exact.
