Dream Foam 12 in 1

My wife and I just ordered our new 12 in 1 mattress from Dreamfoam. I am very excited to try it out when it arrived. The Mattress Underground has been so helpful in my effort to make a well informed decision. I only wish that I had found your site before I purchased my last mattress (we are replacing after only 4 years). I will let you know what we think of the mattress it arrives. I do have a question about the mattress. In addition to the existing layers being “adjustable” can you replace a layer in the future? For instance if I decided I preferred the feel of a latex comfort layer, would I be able to keep the firm and medium layers and replace the soft layer with a latex (or even memory foam) topper?

Hi jwiley1017,

I’m glad the site could help you … and congratulations on your new mattress

You certainly made a great quality/value choice and I’m looking forward to your feedback once you’ve received it and have had the chance to sleep on it for a bit.

Absolutely you can as long as the thickness of the new layer is close to the same as the layer you are replacing.

I ordered the mattress 8 days ago and have received no communication from Dreamfoam other than the initial receipt. I have called a number of times but get nothing but a recording. Is this normal for Dreamfoam as a company? I am pretty disappointed.

Hi jwiley1017,

Dreamfoam is normally very responsive and proactive with their communications with their customers so if they haven’t responded to any communications it would probably be because they don’t know you have been trying to reach them. I don’t know if you left a message when you called them but it’s not unusual that a phone call goes to voicemail during busy periods.

It’s also possible that they may have emailed you about any order delays but their email was caught by a spam filter and ended up in a junk folder (I know this happens frequently with some email providers).

You can reach them by email, phone, or through their online chat (during business hours) so it shouldn’t be difficult to reach them and find out the status of your order.
