Both Talalay and Dunlop come in a wide range of different firmness levels so which one will feel firmer to you will depend on the firmness of each layer you are comparing. If they are both the same thickness and the same ILD then the Dunlop would likely feel a little firmer.
They will also have a different “feel”. There is more about the differences between Dunlop and Talalay in post #7 here.
