The Eight Sleep mattress has been mentioned previously here on the forum. You can read more about it in post #44 here. They’ve since expanded their lineup since that last post.
The sleep tracker feature allows you to heat one or both sides of the mattress (turns off after 10 hours), but it does not cool the mattress. You can integrate it with Wi-fi- or IoT to a smart home, like they mention on their web site (Amazon Alexa, Nest or Philip Hue) and if you want the room cooler it would integrate with your Nest to turn on the air conditioning in your room.
There is still quite a bit of debate about sleep tacking devices and their algorithms and the efficacy of these to produce results and the time that it takes to do so (see this article and this article for a few examples). Sleep researchers with whom I’ve spoken agree that the accumulation of data is getting better but the problem is about what to do with that data in order to engage behaviour changes in order to achieve lasting results.
