I don’t know of any issues they’ve had that weren’t eventually resolved and they do allow returns but there have certainly been too many delays and a lack of communication when some of the members here have had issues that needed to be resolved after the initial sale including some delays in refunds. I have also had to call them and become involved with some of the issues that have come up more than I would have liked to.
I also hope that they have addressed the issues they were having. Their intent has been good and they certainly have some good quality/value products but they haven’t always followed through with “fixing” the after sales service and communication issues they were having so that they don’t continue to happen as frequently.

NOTE ADDED: Because of ongoing customer service issues and delays Select Foam’s membership has been terminated and I would read the warning here before considering them.
