Healthcare is a Chinese manufacturer but they are CertiPur certified so you have some assurance that the materials inside the mattress are “safe” and they are among the better Chinese foam manufacturers (see post #2 here). Unfortunately the specs you listed are incomplete so I can’t make any meaningful comments about the materials in the mattress but if you can find out the information listed here and post it on the forum I’d be happy to make some comments about the quality of the materials in the mattress and help you identify whether there are any obvious weak links in the mattress.
