My personal preferences would have little to do with what was suitable for someone else or what someone else would prefer but for what it’s worth I personally prefer the feel and performance of latex over memory foam. Other people would feel very differently.
Other than that you are in a place where any of your final choices are good quality and value for the budget range you are in and final decisions depend on all the objective, subjective, and intangible factors that are most important to you … not to me. My role is to help you reach a point where there are no obvious “winners” and with how to choose … not what to choose.
