Apologize for the delayed response. I was moving house so got delayed. my Mattress arrived as promised. I also received a call from their senior leadership who shared the experience and were genuinely seem to be interested in listening to the customer feedback and also reassured me that their overall Quality is close to 95% but that could be a possible swag.
My Overall experience : The return process was very convenient with no Hassles what so ever and It lived unto the standard of exceptional customer service.
I hope there are no problems with the new mattress. Please share your thoughts.
