Latex is a good quality material no matter which manufacturer uses it in their mattress. A mattress is only as good as the quality of the construction and materials that are inside it which is what determines it’s quality and value and knowing this is the only way to make meaningful quality and value comparisons with other mattresses.
Keetsa is made by Zinus which is a Chinese manufacturer and while they don’t make an all latex mattress, they do make a latex / innerspring hybrid which has a thin layer of latex.
The materials are good quality including the cover and the latex which is a 1.5" layer of Dunlop certified by Eco Institut so I would say their value is reasonable. I would certainly want to test it for PPP though (Pressure relief, Posture and alignment, and Personal preferences) before I purchased it.
Their mattresses may also be compressed for a long time during shipping from China and storage which can reduce long term durability and this would be somewhat of a concern as well.
