Agree- I like CSS and trust them, so will “have a little faith” and make a decision based on the information provided/available… I just can’t help but be suspicious of PLB quality control, and the lack of a “comprehensive” exchange policy doesn’t help.

Hi Manimal,

I think that your trust in CSS is well placed and if there was ever anything obviously “wrong” with a mattress that you purchase from them they would certainly do everything that they could to “fix it” and look after any legitimate issues that you may have.
