Anyone have any suggestions for how to get a similar mattress to the luxebreeze soft without the insane price? I saw Tempflow as well and that is cheaper, but still like 4700 for a king and I’m really trying to stay more towards 2000. I tried the nectar premier and luxe memory foam beds as well as dreamcloud premier hybrid. We like the dreamcloud but ruled out due to motion transfer. I liked the nectar too, but the tempur was on another level. Nice contouring that I like, but also doesn’t have you stuck like they used to.
Tempflow definitely is a better product. Tempurpedic is a multi billion dollar scam that owns multiple other brands like serta, sterns and foster and i think maybe purple too. They also own mattress firm and monopolize smaller businesses into selling their products.
Other than the more affordable price, tempflow looks like a better product.
Okay but I still need it closer to 2000 ideally
Hi Robl45.
Matching that very specific Tempur-Pedic LuxeBreeze Soft feel on a $2,000 King budget is tough…
My gut says you might like Brooklyn Bedding’s Thermobalance mattress but it’s still about $400 over your budget.
The DLX Premier Hybrid is also in a similar wheelhouse, but again, sits around $2200.

I want to avoid hybrid, The hybrid dream cloud had too much motion.
The the tempflow supreme serene medium plush is $1350 for a king on their website and is all foam
I think that is the one with only 20 year warranty. Not completely sure right now. I did send them an email to inquire.
Only 20 year warranty ![]()

Yes it is the one with only 20 year warranty and only one that ships in a box.
I know exactly what you mean about the Tempur feeling totally different from the cheaper memory foam beds. Have you looked into buying a softer hybrid and adding a quality topper later? That might get you closer to that contouring feel without spending $5k+ all at once.
I don’t understand. Everyone keeps saying hybrid when I said in the original post we don’t want hybrid. Topper is an idea but I read they slide around on the bed
A good and well designed topper will not slide around the bed. Plus, if you use a 2nd mattress protector over the topper, or DreamFit sheets that fit so snug with their corner elastic bands, you will not have to worry about the topper sliding. Most toppers have elastic corner straps to secure to the mattress.
A 20 year warranty is actually crazy long. Twenty year warranty on a $1300 investment. I can’t even imagine a mattress lasting, in perfect condition for at most 10 years and i generally expect to replace one within 7.
Tempflow may be the way to go here. Their product is superior right from the start verses Tempurpedic with a longer warranty. Not that mattress warranties mean that much, other than the manufacturer’s confidence in its durability and longevity.
@Tempflow long addressed the heat retention issue with their air flow channels. They still use the same high density viscoelastic memory foam in most of their models, that Tempurpedic has moved away from to try and resolve their heat retention problems.
Those claims of Tempurpedic being 10⁰ cooler, need closer examination, as the claim really says that the 10⁰ cooler is only compared to their older hot lava quicksand of a mattress. It may and likely is not cooler than your current mattress.
Regarding pricing, speak with them as they may be able to craft something in your specific budget.
Unlike large mass marketers, Tempflow and other Trusted Members here at TMU can generally craft any mattress you would prefer.
Hopes this helps.

Yes, I’m just concerned about the 400 dollars I’m out if it doesn’t work, 199 shipping to get it to me and 199 return fee if its bad. No way to know if it really feels like the tempur pedic until it gets here. Warranty 20 or 40 doesn’t really matter as I read the warranty and they are both prorated after 10 years anyway. I still don’t understand why one can go in a box and the others can’t. If I get the one in the box, then its less risk all around because much less fees.
If you think that is a lot, you need to investigate what tempurpedic does when you return a mattress, restocking fees, charges for “fee accessories” so ask those questions in their entirety before you sign for any mattress, plus with TP, there is no modifications you can make, where Tempflow can modify some things if needed.
At some point, you are going to want to make a decision.
But I would encourage you to speak with @Tempflow first to see if you would be comfortable working with them.
I know them quite well and they are straight shooters. If they dont think there is a match, they will be up front with you.
Ultimately, a 10-20 minute test on a mattress reveals minimal, and the sleep trial will tell the real story with any mattress you choose. Whatever anyone charges these days when returning a mattress, and more and more are doing it, you need to think of it as a kind of rental fee for a few months.
Probably not exactly what you wanted to hear, but that is the way the industry is leaning. Returns are costly, especially for the smaller manufacturers. So, due diligence and professional experienceexperienced sales help is critical.

Yes I am speaking with them. Still 400 is a lot more than 99 or 0 that most others charge. I am leaning in that direction though as I prefer the tempur like feel over the nectar feel and the nectar is basically my second choice. We did like the dreamcloud hybrid but not the motion and I don’t know if the non hybrid would be similar, no place to test it locally.
The dream cloud hybrid is a poorly built bed. Definitely not a bed to base all other hybrids on.
