Low Profile Foundation

You are certainly looking at a great quality/value choice and assuming that you decide to pull the trigger … congratulations on your new mattress

I am looking for recommendations on a good low profile foundation that I can put on top of my platform bed. I am worried that a regular foundation will make the bed too high with the mattress being 13 inches. Anybody have any recommendations for a good low profile foundation (2"-5")?

Many of the foundations listed in the foundation post here have a low profile (about 5") option and the same post also includes this link to some “bunkie board” type support systems that are in the 2" range.
