Mattress help (knee pain issues with latex)

Purely out of frustration I ended up buying a Bear Hybrid. I’ve been on it around 1.5 weeks and the knee pain issue is gone. Other than that though I really prefer the latex as I have some neck and upper back pain on this mattress and my wife says it sleeps way too hot. Since they have a good return policy I decided to give it a try. Overall it seems well made but just not a good fit for us. I’ll follow up when I have more details as I really would like to make latex work if I can. Thanks
