what do you guys think of Air Dream Mattresses in El Monte CA? They manufacture their own mattresses

I’m not familiar with any of the specific mattresses they make and unfortunately neither of their sites (http://www.airdreamsmattresses.com/ or http://wholesalemattressfurniturefactory.com/) have any information about any of their mattresses and most of their links aren’t working. There are a few comments about them on the Los Angeles list.
While I do tend to prefer smaller manufacturers who as a group tend to make higher quality/value mattresses than the major brands (see post #12 here), not all smaller manufacturers make high quality/value mattresses and a mattress is only as good as it’s construction and the quality of the materials inside it regardless of the name of the manufacturer on the label (see this article). If you can provide the specifics of the materials and components in any of their mattresses you are considering I’d certainly be happy to make some comments about the quality of the materials inside it and help you identify whether there are any lower quality materials or weak links in the design.
There is also more in post #13 here about the most important parts of the “value” of a mattress purchase that can help you make more meaningful comparisons between mattresses … regardless of the name of the manufacturer.
Flexus Comfort is a member of this site and competes well with the best in the industry and is also in Covina and the better options or possibilities I’m aware of in the general Los Angeles area are listed in post #2 here.
