Natural latex mattress has firm hump in the middle

My advice is to put every component on the floor separately (one at a time) and see if any other components have the problem while on the floor, and replace anything that’s showing a body impression while on the floor by itself.

Here’s the thing… This mattress is the 3rd replacement mattress in roughly 3 years, as the other 2 mattresses suffered the exact same issue. The second mattress was just ā€œrepairedā€ so I’m unsure what the repair process was. However, this current mattress is a completely new mattress built exactly to my specifications. Being this is the 3rd mattress that is suffering this issue, what would you put it down to? I’m thinking it’s just a sub-par quality latex

Is the top layer upside down? Looking at the sides of the top and middle layers it looks like one layer is in a different orientation than the other. Dunlop latex does have a top and bottom side.

Top layer is indeed upside down. I tried flipping it about 2 weeks ago to see if it would resolve the issue however it didn’t
