You can read more about the construction of the Helix mattress in the Simplified Choice thread here. You may also perform a forum search on Helix (just click on the link) for some discussions on the forum about them. Their mattress does use better quality materials, and I do think highly of the three founders and their base of knowledge, which is unique in the industry. I can’t comment upon the Hamuq because I’m still not comfortable with the accuracy of the specifications of their product.
If you do desire to order then Helix, I strongly recommend a phone conversation with the before placing an order so that you may completely convey to them exactly what you are seeking in your mattress and this allows hem to have the most complete information to make their recommendation for you.
