The Nook Pebble mattress doesn’t list the materials that are in it but it seems clear that it is mostly polyfoam with an inch of latex and natural and synthetic fibers in the cover.
In your other thread I added some links to some posts and information about mattresses and children but this one doesn’t seem like a particularly good choice compared to many others that are available to you.
