My parents just came back from their trip and now they are driving me crazy asking me to buy the same mattress from the hotel they stayed but the hotel took out the tag leaving one that only says “Pocketed Coil Collection”. I’m researching online but haven’t find anything relevant yet. Could anyone help me??

I thought it was illegal to cut off the tags 
It’s likely they source it specifically for their hotel - however I’d say step one is to reach out directly to the hotel! They’ll be the best ones to set them up with the right company.

Hotels are sneaky with that stuff 
. A lot of times those “Pocketed Coil Collection” beds are custom builds just for the chain, so you can’t always buy the exact one retail. Easiest step call the hotel directly and ask who they source from. Sometimes it’s Simmons/Beautyrest or Sealy under a special label. If you know the hotel brand, folks here might already know what line they usually use.
