Was wondering if anyone could point me to any info on this products fire barrier… We are considering removing it for possible chemicals but want to know if it’s safe or not. Millikens paladin barrier

The PLB mattresses use an inherent viscose(rayon)/silica fire barrier (see here) which I would consider to be very “safe”. There is more about different types of “safe” fire barriers in this article and in post #2 here and more about fire barriers and “safe” materials in general in post #4 here.
