After finding this site and reading many comments I went to Quality Sleep Shop in LaGrange, IL today. I was greeted by the owner, Tim. I had planned on buying the Emily after doing my research and checking out their web site but was floored when Tim, after hearing the bed was for my 87 year old arthritic father, actually talked me down to the mid range Noell. I couldn’t believe it. I was willing to spend a lot of money just to get my dad a good bed but he said the higher end bed wasn’t what my dad needed. After trying all the beds in the show room I understood that his choice was correct. He also took me into the factory and showed me where the beds are made and the materials they use. By his suggestion I got the wool bamboo cover, low pro file foundation box and extra side support which will make it easier for my dad to get out of bed. No extra charge for any of the changes. That’s it, except he did also honor the 5% discount for being an Underground member and I did have to pay $75 for delivery since I live just outside their free delivery area. Most satisfying mattress purchase I’ve ever made. I will be returning soon to get myself a new King, I really liked the Emily for myself. $661.00 for a full size set delivered in one week. I will update my review after my dad gets to sleep a few months on it.

It’s always a breath of fresh air when you are dealing with a great manufacturer that really does have your best interests (or in this case your Dad’s best interests) in mind and you are one of many members here that have been very happy with their purchase and the service they received there.
