I have a few questions that may help me catch up with your process and find out where you are.

When did you end up receiving your mattress?

How long did you sleep on it before deciding you wanted to return it?

How long have you been trying to contact them about your return (when was the first email or phone call about returning your mattress)?

Can you be a little more specific about what Chris said to you when he suggested you email him (or email Dwight) again … and did you email them again?

Are you using the general number or the contact number that Chris provided?

Some additional details would be helpful to clarify what is happening and hopefully you will be able to reach them and they will respond so you can resolve all of this.
