Can anyone tell me if there are any health or quality/longevity concerns with synthetic latex or blends? Is Dunlop better than Talalay or the other way around? Are the IKEA latex mattresses any good?

Dunlop and Talalay are just different methods of manufacturing latex foam and they are not better or worse as much as they are different from each other … each production method with it’s own advantages and disadvantages.
