Hi E.J.M., here is a similar thread discussing latex global (latex international prior to the name change) and radium.
https://forum.mattressunderground.com/t/radium-foam-vs-latex-international
Radium has been around longer but the two are really similar. In terms of feel it may depend on the person but I doubt most people could tell a difference if they didn’t know which brand talalay was used. I believe they’re the only two talalay manufacturers though there may be a third in China. When trying mattresses in a store that carried both I couldn’t feel a difference between brands of the same ild/firmness. Either should be long lasting, any issues such as premature failure I think would be more rare and isolated than the norm and could potentially happen with either, same as any product. No one makes a 100% perfect product 100% of the time.
Any differences may be in the process of manufacturing or slight formula differences but I’m not sure if those details are even available and would likely be trade secrets. That’s just going by their standard talalay, each company has variations. Radium had slow response viscoelastic types of latex along with flame resistant (to meet uk standards), some with thermal control properties and other categories. Latex global also has variations like celsion for temp regulation, natural, standard talalay etc.
