Hello, sorry for my english
What do you think ?
I believe if there was a flow of air force but when we sleep we do not move a lot of air on a mattress, I’m not talking about doing something else;) And warm air rises ?
This works, I know need electricity but work:

I have a Tempur-pedic OriginalBed, and I put a silk cover and I sleep like a baby in summer with no air conditioning…
Hi Polyphasicsleep,
I’m not quite clear what you are asking me but I think highly about Rick and the mattresses he designs for Relief Mart. You can see more of my thoughts about them in post #9 here.
Not surprisingly … I also agree with the information he provides in the video you linked that higher airflow can improve the temperature and moisture regulation in a mattress. There is more about the many variables that can affect sleeping temperature in post #2 here and there is also more about cooling down memory foam in post #6 here.
Natural fibers such as wool and silk are certainly effective for temperature regulation as well.
