the problem is the affordable one in the first link says “mesh” inner pocket while to be a proper fake it should be memory foam pocket, like the second fake, but for some reason the second fake costs more than the original.
can i get a properly faked one for under 100 bucks ?

I don’t personally consider pillows to be “knockoffs” or “fake” (especially with memory foam) because there is no manufacturer that dominates the pillow market and each different type of pillow may have its own set of pros and cons (including price) that some people may prefer over others. You can read more about some of the different “needs and preferences” when it comes to pillows in the pillow thread here. There are fewer “needs” with pillows and personal preferences and individual subjective opinions and sensitivities to different materials and construction play a much larger role than they do with mattresses.
