Latex in general is actually the most breathable of all the foam materials so it would be much less likely that someone would sleep hot on a latex mattress … especially compared to memory foam which in general is the least breathable and warmest of the foam materials. This would be particularly true if the cover is quilted with natural fibers such as wool which is great at regulating temperature.
