Hi educationalinjury,
Welcome to the forum :).
I moved your post to General Mattress thread as it makes more sense here.
That’s terrible about the Leesa, sorry to hear that. And your BMI is really quite low - 18.9 (psst…I used the low end of your weight range) and you have that much sagging!!!
Generally speaking the StressOpedic, Electropedic and Scandinavian products are very good quality, but the real questions. Additionally, the adjustables and the prices quoted are certainly withing the normal range. I agree that 10days seems a little too short, TMU always recommends that consumers give it 30 days to allow your body to adjust to a new sleep surface.
More importantly, each of these mattresses is different, were you able to really test them out and see how they fit with your sleep preferences?
The first “rule” of mattress shopping is to always remember that you are the only one that can feel what you feel on a mattress. There are too many unknowns, variables, and personal preferences involved that are unique to each person to use a formula or for anyone to be able to predict or make a specific recommendation about which mattress or combination of materials and components or which type of mattress would be the best “match” for you.
We mean match as in terms of “comfort”, firmness, or PPP (Posture and alignment, Pressure relief, and your own personal preferences) or how a mattress will “feel” to you or compare to another mattress based on specs (either yours or a mattress), sleeping positions, health conditions, or “theory at a distance” that can possibly be more reliable than your own careful testing (hopefully using the testing guidelines in step 4 of the tutorial) or your own personal sleeping experience (see this post about what mattress is best for me?).
I look forward to discussing any other steps or questions you may have.
Thanks
Sensei
