The Ultimate Dreams mattresses are only available on Amazon online.
There are some good choices though in the Austin area though that have good quality and value mattresses and can also give you a sense of different latex ILD’s and types of layering. They are in Post #2 here.

Yes … it’s an all foam mattress without innersprings so it’s bendable and would work fine.
