Besides the Victoria options … there is a list of online suppliers that ship in or to Canada in post #21 here. Some of these sell latex but you would need to check their websites and/or call them to find prices and details of any return policy they have.
Costco also sells a blended Talalay topper but only in a single ILD. It may be a little firm for some people but with their refund policy there is little risk in trying it (outside of time and the effort involved in returning it should that be necessary) for those who are comfortable with a 3" latex topper in a medium softness range.
