these mattresses look well made. I tried calling. got the retailer to call diamond to get specs. they not willing to provide. wondering what they hiding?

Unfortunately they aren’t doing themselves any favors by their lack of transparency … particularly if they are using higher quality materials than their mainstream competition. While I don’t know what they may be “hiding” they are certainly “preventing” their customers from making more informed purchase decisions, identifying any weak links in their mattresses, and making more meaningful comparisons with other mattresses.

They could certainly do much better IMO!
