Unfortunately they aren’t doing themselves any favors by their lack of transparency … particularly if they are using higher quality materials than their mainstream competition. While I don’t know what they may be “hiding” they are certainly “preventing” their customers from making more informed purchase decisions, identifying any weak links in their mattresses, and making more meaningful comparisons with other mattresses.
