With our new split king power adjustable bed arriving any day now we need to purchase new sheets that will fit. Can anyone point me in the right direction for the best places to find a variety of these?

There are a couple of directions you could go.
If you plan to have separate bottom sheets for each mattress so that you can raise and lower each side of your adjustable bed independently then you can just use twin XL sheets because they are the same size as a split king.
For the top sheets and blankets you would have the option of using either separate twin XL sizes once again or you could use king size if you want to be under a single sheet and blanket for “snuggling”.
