where to buy unglued layers memory foam mattress?

I am looking to buy a memory foam mattress where the layers aren’t glued together. I can only find rockymountainmattress. Any ideas?

Post #12 here has a list of a few of the better sources for memory foam mattresses.

The first 3 on this list offer unglued interchangeable layers.
