16" St Dormeir wool mattress protector is OK for 13" mattress

flobeds.com says that their 16" protector is only good for matressess up to 12". I can’t remember where, but another source says that their 16" protector can handle up to a 14" mattress. I just ordered the Brooklyn Bedding Cool Luxe, which is 13", so I wasn’t sure which one to order.

I contacted St Dormeir and they say that their 16" protector will work fine for a 13" mattress.

Hi bryanvic,

I would also think it will be fine (it’s stretchy and generally an extra 2" is enough) but they know more about their protectors than anyone and they aren’t likely to give incorrect information so if they have confirmed it then it should be fine.
