I bought this futon before coming here. I had a futon years ago, no issues.
The one I just bought was folded up, wrapped in plastic. Unrolled it, laid it on the bed frame and there’s low spots in the center, cross ways. I there anything I can do to make it more even. (Retailer told me to pound on it)
