Unfortunately the specs you listed doesn’t include enough information about the quality of the materials to make any meaningful comments about the mattress.

If you have done some careful and objective testing on a mattress and it’s a good match for you in terms of PPP (Posture and alignment, Pressure relief, and Personal preferences), then the information you would need to assess the quality durability of the materials in the mattress is in this article. If you can list the type, thickness, and density of all the layers and components then I’d be happy to make some comments about the quality/durability of the materials inside the mattress. I certainly wouldn’t make a “blind purchase” where you don’t have this information and you may find that it may be difficult to find out the information you need to make an informed purchase with many Aireloom retailers (see the list of the 15 largest manufacturers here).

Just in case you haven’t read it yet … I would start with the mattress shopping tutorial here which has all the basic information, steps, and guidelines you will need to make the best possible choice … and know how and why to avoid the worst ones.
