Aireloom M2 Luxetop Firm?

We redid our bedroom and that included a new mattress. We had been long-term Tempurpedic users so went with a Luxebreeze Medium Hybrid…

Hated it! Even after 40 days it was causing morning stiffness, so we schlepped to our retailer (ABT in Chicago) and my wife fell in love with the Aireloom M2 Luxetop. The plush was TOO plush, but we both like the firm. With that said, it was a five minute test drive and that Luxetop is super soft. When I asked if there was a “medium” option, the salesperson (who was very attentive) said there’s so little difference they don’t carry the Luxury Firm

I started doing some homework when I got home and saw Aireloom doesn’t even have a “firm “ in the M2🤔

So - I’m wondering if this is a retailer exclusive - and that it really is about the same as the luxury firm? Or how much firmer is it than the LF if it isn’t the same? Has anyone else had experience with this?

I tried calling Aireloom support but no one answers

Thanks in advance!

Spoke to Airloome customer service - very informative.

They said ABT wanted two contrasting beds so Aireloom made them a M2 Luxetop firm per their request as they’re a huge dealer. It kind of baffles me why they just didn’t go with the luxury firm.

The top materials of the firm are exactly the same as the M2 luxury firm - but the springs are a little stiffer. She reminded me that the bed will be stiffer than the showroom when delivered because it’s not broken in but will settle to feel like the showroom bed after slept on for a while.

Considering we thought the plush felt TOO plush and we liked the feel of the firm we’re optimistic - but laying in a bed for five minutes is much different than seven hours, and it is a bit frustrating they don’t carry the most commonly requested mattress firmness. It can be special ordered but not tried in the store.

Mattress is being delivered tomorrow - we’ll see how it goes!

I think you will love it!

John
