I find no mention here of Turmerry. Does anyone have any feedback regarding https://www.turmerry.com/online as a reputable latex mattress source who stands behind their product and return option claims? TIA
Hi seldel,
From the limited research Iâve conducted online and on Reddit, it appears that Turmerry generally receives positive feedback for their products and customer service. Customers often highlight their satisfaction with Turmerryâs return, refund, and restocking fee policies, as well as their overall reputation and reviews.
Itâs worth noting that Turmerry employs a zoning approach in many of their mattresses and toppers, which may not suit everyoneâs preferences. This design strategy is intended to provide targeted support, but individual experiences can vary.
Overall, the feedback suggests that Turmerry stands behind their products and offers a customer-friendly return option, but as with any purchase, it might be helpful to consider whether their specific product features align with your personal needs and preferences.

Once again thank you Maverick for your response and advice. I would definitely appreciate insight and advice from the TM experts on shopping for a mattress.
Referencing the subject of âshould I DIY my hated mattressâ I will update you
that I did make the âcomfort exchangeâ I was offered. And a Helix Midnight order was submitted on 9/5. Iâm less than confident it will be much improvement, but still hoping.
My intention and research had been to pursue and order an all latex mattress.
I still feel that will be my best option, so I will seek the advice you mention here.
Is there a particular protocol for doing so?
Thanks
The best protocol I can give you on all latex is to speak with @Arizona_Premium or @Sleep_EZ if you want to do a DIY. They do these day in an day out, so they are will have a lot more wisdom than I on the DIY side of this.
If you want to pursue pre constructed, there are a lot of choices, @TheCleanBedroom, @FloBeds or @CST have more luxury and segmented versions of all latex.
I always like to remind folks that the purchase of the mattress does not end or complete the journey. A proper foundation with slats <3" apart, or platform should be considered. Sheets are another key component. Although, I always mention it, a mattress protector and have a slight affect on the feel of the mattress, but when at recent trade show, I became introduced to DreamFit sheets. One of their selling points was the corner elastic bands that keep these sheets from coming off the bed. Yep, they really do! Even more impressive is the actual quality of the sheets, soft, wash great, and fit so snug, it actually firms the mattress even more (we like that part), it holds our 3" wool topper firmly in place, and it keeps the topper from getting as noticeable body impressions than typically appear with standard sheets.
So when purchasing a new mattress all of these things including the a pillow that matches the sleep position and firmness of the mattress are all key components for a healthy and comfortable nights sleep.
All the best,
Maverick
Hi there seldel,
For info about latex mattresses, we have posted an article here on TMU that may answer some of your questions.
When you are looking at latex mattresses, keep in mind that wrapping the layers will reduce friction and help the longevity of the mattress.
We offer many latex mattresses, and most of them are customizable. Our Hudson mattress would be similar to Turmerry, but perhaps a little bit thicker.
Best of luck to you in your search! Let us know if we can help.
