Arizona Premium Mattress?

Hello. Can anyone confirm whether Arizona Premium Mattresses is still an active business? I am trying to order a set of coils from them and have called a bunch of times without getting an answer. Anyone know how long it takes to just get a set of coils shipped out nowadays?

I noticed that you registered with your email as your username which means that automated spambots will be able to harvest your email and add you to their spam lists. To change your username, you would need log in to TMU account > Forum section of the site > Profile tab > change your username > Save changes.

I’m sorry to hear you are having trouble contacting our trusted member , Arizona Premium; and I recently spoke with Ken the owner of Arizona Premium so they are definitely in business and in high demand. They don’t work on Sundays and typically President Day is either high activity for some companies or a holiday for others (I am not sure what is the case with Arizona Pr.) I would either send an email, leave a message, or would give it another call tomorrow (at 888-773-7326 or 623-580-0288). They are very responsive, customer-oriented, and good at answering emails or calling back.

I checked their business hours and they are open Monday through Friday 9am-5pm MST… (closed on the weekend) which may explain why you have not been able to get through. They also have a dedicated expert forum here that you can use to contact them or ask any questions about their products.

As per my recent conversation with Ken, in-stock items should ship out in a day or two, but with shipping delays, you may want to contact them on their forum page to verify and call them after 9 am MST tomorrow.

Thanks for your detailed response. I called on Friday a couple of times and again today (Monday). Maybe Ken is taking a 4-day holiday weekend. Good to know though that he is still operating his business.

Also, thanks for the suggestion that I change my username. Unfortunately, I am not having much success in changing it via the instructions you provided. When I get to the screen to edit my profile, it is not possible to change my username. When I put my cursor over the user name, a red circle with a diagonal line across it appears. Any tips on how to get past this and change my name?

You are quite right. It seems that subscribers are no longer able to modify their usernames after registering. I’ll be addressing this with our web developer.
Meanwhile I have manually changed from the back end your username to Mike999 and I will also contact Ken tomorrow to check their status and find if they have any pocket springs in stock.

I had a similar issue and all I can say is that they are very busy. I had luck using the online chat and then calling in while chatting, if necessary.
