not only was my order for a 2" latex topper in Queen size only $200 with no tax and free shipping ( some other stores have the same size of Latex for double the price ) - but it shipped the next day ( when other stores promise to ship in 5 - 7 business days ) and i can already track it on Fedex.
i have also had several conversations with BB over chat window and phone and was impressed with their willingness to answer all of my questions ( and i had a lot ) and accomodate my individual requirements ( such as shipping the topper without the cover for less $ ).
it will be another week before i receive the latex and am able to test it, but so i am extremely impressed with the service.
