Buying a SleepEz latex mattress. What bed frame should I look at to purchase?

So I’m going to try going from my full sized bed that is completely shot to a SleepEz queen size mattress. I’m going to get the box spring that comes with it as well, but now I need a bed frame that would support it and be able to have a headboard attached.

Where should I be looking to find a balance between inexpensive and durable? Could I just get one off of Amazon or something?

I am NOT looking for anything with a foot board, large side boards, drawers. Just something simple that I can’t bang my knees and feet on (I’m really clumsy). Id actually prefer the kind where the box spring/foundation and mattress make up the perimeter of the setup.

Hi Kyleppil,

I think that any reasonably good quality metal bedframe would work well. I would look for one with at least two support legs in the middle of the bedframe and would tend to avoid the cheapest units with a heavy mattress. A bedframe is a component that will rarely fail outside of the metal in the leg supports of some of the cheaper units bending when the bed is moved (particularly with rollers).

Congratulations on your new mattress … you are making a great choice
