Boy do I wish I’d known about this site 6 months ago!!this story is 6 months in the making, but the resolution is that I am out a minimum of $4000 and maybe as much as $6500. I was dumb, yes, but there’s much more to the story. I didn’t get half of what I ordered, some of what I got was damaged and some of it was just plain wrong. It seems, however, to go any further in the chargeback, Master Card needs a bone fide letter from an expert. Despite the fact that everyone I talked to was appalled at the merchant, no one was willing to take the risk of embarking on a legal battle into this mess. One of these retailers sent me to this site, where I have found mention of this merchant. I’ve been screwed, but I wanted to warn others. There’s a thread on here that talks about a company called “Nasafoam”, and a merchant named George. There was quite a bit of negative chatter online about this company and at least 6 issues reported to the BBB. George is now operating a company called Natures Sleep (no, I didn’t leave out the apostrophe, he did), at naturessleep.ca; not to be confused with Nature’s Sleep at naturessleep.com. As far as I can he has only been operating this since November, but is already running into negative feedback. I certainly have LOTS to report. It is operating under Alpha Bio Medical, which I would also stay away from. I hope that by sharing this others can avoid the nightmare we have gone through…BTW…we’re still sleeping on the horrible bed that needed replacing in December.; which is really probably the worst part. Better luck to others on your quest for better sleep!
