Clever idea i had for adding incline to your bed frame

Im experimenting with two $5 rugs i just bought from walmart. It cuts easily so im cutting 4"x4" shims to stack under each leg and it looks like itll work

Edit - it does not work

Get those cheap bed risers from Amazon. You can find them in 1" to 4".

How would i manage the legs that go along the frame in the middle? I don’t know how to calculate how tall those risers need to be because you know, when it’s just up against the floor it’s evenly distributed. With raising the legs you have to figure out how to evenly distribute all the weight

2" on one row, 1" on the second row, and see whether they can work.

Thank you. I think i need to stop over thinking it and just play around with the spacers till it works it’s not that complicated. Thank you for helping me realize this.

Can you share a link to the type of design you’re talking about? I’m looking through different ones not sure what would be best

Awesome!!! Thanks! Will be trying these.

Just make sure your mattress legs fit these risers. Or find the risers that fit those legs.

Hello ~ I see you’re getting creative with how to tilt your mattress and I completely support that! Just wanted to send you this link: DIY Mattress Tilt video because on this page, if you scroll down you’ll see a video titled DIYFFERENT and it shows another idea for accomplishing this concept without purchasing a product. Hope this helps!
