Leggett and Platt makes many different adjustable bed bases, and some will be specific with certain tweaks here and there to make them “exclusives” to certain very large retailers, such as Costco. THey also make beds for different brands, like SImmons. This model is called the Beautyrest Renew Plus adjustable bed base, made by Leggett and Platt.
