What is current equivalent of Hastens Luxuria? Luxuria not made anymore.

I think you know by now what we’re going to say 
It’s pretty hard to approximate or find an exact equivalent to any particular mattress, since changing one small component can cause the feel between two otherwise similar mattresses to vary rather widely.
Hastens would probably be able to tell you what they believe the most comparable model would be though, from their current stock. Looks like a strange and interesting mattress!
